Hey all, I've been travelling and now having some computer issues, so the remaining week seven reports will be going up tomorrow, realistically. Sorry for the delay.

Sweet, Rainbow in the Dark and Uridium actually managed to win? After the fight with Smilodon, I honestly wasn't expecting much, so that's a massive turn-up for the books, I have to say. I especially liked the MW fight, that was brilliant.

That was a really tough one to decide, and conventionaly wisdom would dictate an easy win for the plow over the spinner, but that blade of yours is really long, his plow is narrow and has hard corners, and there was a +4 differential. Your strategy of trying to hook around its sides was pretty much exactly what you needed to do, IMO, so I gave you the close win, even though I started writing that fight thinking that Josh would take it. It's like trying to contain tombstone on a plow - very hard to do, IMO. Congrats, and good luck going into the final round this coming week.

So heres how the final round is looking and will probably go down for MW/HW/SHW. (unless im dumb and missed stuff)

Middleweights
Group A:
The one and 2 seeds are already set, with Ultraviolence unsurprisingly taking seed 1, and Circuit Breaker sneaking its way into seed 2. Seed 3 is going to depend on if Noiseygiraffe RPs for Atom. If he does RP, he gets the forfeit win over Peskius's Brititannia. If he doesn't Bunker Buster will go through even if it loses its match against Ultraviolence (hopefully to help prevent forfiets in the elims)

Group B:
MW Group B is Flip City Remix's to lose. It can either win its next match and be through or lose and let Sekhmet through. Thallium is a fair bit behind on points, and if Sekhmet wins it's match there will be a 3-way tie for third which will allow Sekhmet to take third seed by points.

Group C:
This group is still pretty up in the air and could go a lot of ways. Remi and Minion Madness are out, but the other four all have shots at it. If Harby wins, it takes top seed by points over everyone else. If Harby loses, its fate will depend on Remi vs Rake against the Machine. In the case of Rake winning and Harby losing, Rake will surprisingly take Seed 1, with Hugh Mungus at seed 2 and Rainbow in the Dark taking seed 3 thanks to its upset win vs Harby in Week 7. If Harbinger and Rake Against the Machine both win their matches, Harby takes seed 1, Rake Against the Machine takes seed 2, and Hugh Mungus takes seed 3 as Hugh Mungus has the tiebreaker point over Rainbow. If Harbinger and Rake both lose, Hugh Mungus will take Seed 1, and it will come down to points for the next two as three bots will all be at 3-2 with 1 TB point. Since Rainbow won't catch up in point even with a KO, Harby and Rake will take the final two seeds, although their scores in the final match will determine who gets seed 2.

Group D:
Group D is already settled, Dus-T moving on as seed 1 and Visual Assault/Thrashcoil as 2/3. The latter two are simply fighting for who gets seed 2.

Heavyweights
Group A:
Group A is settled, with Broken Ghost and Pallas fighting for the top seed and Baron K Roolenstein taking the third spot with a FF win over Yeager

Group B:
Thanks to the sheer amount of forfeits here, this group is also settled. Starstruk takes seed 1, KCK takes seed 2 and Morbid Takes seed 3 (since KCK has the tiebreak point over Morbid if it loses). If Noisey returns and RPs for Hellfire, it could possibly steal the third seed from Morbid if it wins.

Group C:
:headache:
Fuck this. The only thing thats is certain here is Bass Drop can't make it out of the group. If it wins it just adds to the clusterfuck of 2-3s where it has lost to 3/4 of the other bots at the same score.

Group D:
The three moving on are already settled, it just comes down to a matter of seeding. If 36 wins, it takes Seed 1, with Bastile at 2 and Gamma Ray at 3. If 36 loses, all three bots will be tied at 4-1 and 1 tiebreak point each, in which case it'll go to points.

Super Heavyweights
Group A:
Ceres is set to take the first seed unless EF pulls an upset, in which case EF gets Seed 1 and Ceres takes second. RSOD has the Tiebreaker point over Elios so It will likely take the third seed. In the case of EF losing its match, We will again have a 3-way tie for second where points will decide, although even if Elios wins by KO, it won't have enough points to beat out EF. Since RSOD is against TAT, it is very likely to score a KO and keep its third seed safe, possibly even stealing second from EF. Ceres is so far ahead on points, even if it loses by KO it will still have more than enough points to stay ahead of RSOD or Elios.

Group B:
If this isn't the group of Upsets, I don't know what is. Seed 1 is going to depend on the match between The Four Elements and XIII. Whoever wins that will be seeded first. If the Four Elements win, the other two seeds are going to depend on Bonzi Buddy vs Lifter 2. If Lifter 2 manages to win, XIII takes 2nd (unless it gets KOed) and Uridium takes third (If XIII gets KOed, flip these two). If Bonzi Buddy wins, It'll come down to points between the three bots at 3-2, with Bonzi Buddy likely in second and XIII in third. On the other hand, if XIII pulls a final upset and beats The Four Elements, the former will take seed 1, the latter seed 2, and Uridium seed 3 since it has the TB point over Bonzi Buddy.

Group C:
Steveomobile and Sleeper Stimulant are out of the running, but the rest of the field is interesting. If Noise wins this final match, it is seeded 1st no questions asked. Since Peskius is likely to forfeit with Lawn Mower, Viluy will likely get the win but will still be behind Noise thanks to the tiebreaker point. Third would be You Died. If You Died wins against Noise, it will be 4-1, but again lose out the higher seed to Viluy thanks to the tiebreak points. If Peskius comes back and somehow longshot upsets Viluy, it can take the third spot.

Group D:
This group is clear cut as to who is going through, just a matter of seeding. Steelvor will take 1st with a win over Atomic Doom. If Atomic Doom wins that match by KO, Atomic Doom and Endgame will be exactly tied for points, and since Endgame won the match between the two, it will take Seed 1 with Atomic doom second and Steelvor third (due to points). If Atomic Doom wins by a Judge's decision, Endgame takes 1st on points, followed by Steelvor and Atomic Doom.

I think that SHW Group D is a bit more complicated.

Steelvor beat Endgame

Endgame beat Atomic Doom

if Atomic Doom beats Steelvor, they'll all be 1-1 against each other in a three-way tie. In that case, it comes down to points.

Okay, my RP is up for You Died, which is the only bot fighting this week I need to announce the config for.

Strategy's taking a little bit of a risk compared to using The Wall, but his weapon's actually seriously dangerous even against 12 armor and this arena gives him lots of room to run around and spin up, so if I have a chance to bypass that bar entirely I might as well take it. Besides, this fight basically determines whether I get second or third in my group, so I'm in the eliminator round either way, and I haven't used Ornstein in a main-tournament fight yet.

EDIT: Meanwhile in the Heavyweight Division. I'm looking at the bracket, and it looks like if I beat Book of Carnage I'll take first place, and if I don't I have the tiebreaker over everyone else who has the potential to go 3-2.

In the Middleweights, if Thallium and I win, wouldn't that leave me, FCR and Thallium all at 2-3, and with a circular tiebreaker? If that happens Sekhmet would have the most points, at a minimum of 112. I think this is pure "Do or Die" for Sekhmet.

OK, that's all my main RPs up for this week. I'll try and do a quick one for tomorrow night on the Spinner Savagery fight, and then I'll try and dedicate all my time at the weekend to creating the best possible strategy I can for the Pressure Drop final. As you can imagine, that's a very important match for me, so I want to give it my absolute all if Dreadnought's going to win that Battlebots title. :P

RP for Broken Ghost hits the table. Will be using the spatulate thwack tail here, should be a fun match regardless. =D

Also I appear to be writing the result for this match, which I can only assume is another clerical error. :v:

Kody, just RP for Heretic, even if it's only throwing something perfunctory out there. It's a failed design as it stands now, but hey, it's still ranking points, and you'll beat Crazy Lobster with ease, obviously (lots of offense, Steve).
