You're just a voice pal, you don't know a damn thing about racing!
Flat dustpan please

Move out while lowering the saw. Get underneath and bring the saw down, aiming for the tires. While this is going on, try to bring him to the arena disc. If he flips me, I can right myself, albeit slowly.

Keep the front facing him at all times. Avoid hazards etc.

Good luck Nick and may the better robot win.

So he's going for the single dustpan wedge. Perhaps he can sweep himself up after I leave him in little tiny pieces. :v: But I digress.

+ We're both 2WD machines, but I have an extra point in Speed and two extra points in Traction. I'm therefore faster and better controlled here, as well as more manouverable. It's also easier for me to escape from him thanks to my ENORMOUS WHEELS.

+ We have the same Torque, so he certainly shouldn't be able to push me anywhere. Wedge is again down to writer's discretion, but I feel I should have the advantage with the entirety of my robot resting on my leading edge, giving me better leverage against his far smaller and lighter hinged wedge.

+ I have 8 Armour all over against his 10 Weapon sawblade, so he'll be giving some flashy sparks and taking a little paint off, perhaps, but doing absolutely nothing of any substance. I can easily flip him over, however, and since his arm is so slow, it will take him an age to self-right, giving me a great opportunity to send him hazard-bound.

> Rush out to meet him, go wedge-to-wedge and see who wins. If it's me, great, flip him over immediately and shove him into the nearest hazard before he can self-right. It's worth noting that Depth Charge is easily wide enough to get underneath the support arms at the front as well as the dustpan, so I won't just be pointlessly flicking the wedge up. Any of the hazards could warp his wedge and make it difficult for him to get underneath me, or cause damage to either the actuated arm (rendering him unable to self-right) or the exposed weapon motor (rendering him unable to cause damage). Rinse and repeat for the full three minutes, chucking him onto his back then spending the time he takes self-righting bullying him around the hazards. One thing I could do when he's overturned is push him from the back, so that if he does self-right he will land straight on my flipper, and I can instantly chuck him over again.

> If he gets underneath me, then my two ENORMOUS WHEELS will still be on the ground, and I should be able to J-hook myself away with my superior Speed before he can push me anywhere. His sawblade won't work as a clamp either, thanks to the shape of Depth Charge. It's more likely that the lowering of his arm could simply push Depth Charge back out of his dustpan and allow me to escape. If his dustpan wedge proves to be better than mine, then I'll instead angle myself in and get underneath his shock-mounted supports. I highly doubt they would be wedgier than my front end, so I should be able to get under him and give him a flip. Avoid walls, avoid hazards when I'm not on the attack, and keep the front pointed at him constantly. Get under him, get him on his back, then take him to the hazards. If he gets under me, use my ENORMOUS WHEELS to escape. JD should hopefully come my way by the end of the three minutes if nothing too absurd happens.

Good luck, Badnik, and may the best bot win. =)
