Using the motored wedge.

KEEP WEDGE FACING HIM.

I intend to use my far superior drive stats to control him and the match. Go for the front corners or sides or rear, get under, control, take him to the most conveniently located hazard, let him suffer as much as possible, rinse and repeat.

If he wedges me, use my rear ground clearance AND acceleration to drive off.

If he faces me with its front and tries to bring the axe into play, stay mobile and be unpredictable to not give him a clear shot at my wheels.

+ We both have the same Speed/Traction ratio, but I have tracks compared to his 6WD configuration. I should therefore be the better controlled machine during the fight.

+ He may have more Torque, but I believe I have the better wedge. If he goes for the hinged wedge, then I can push my scoop into the ground to gain the leverage advantage. If he goes with the motorized scoop, then I definitely have the wider wedge, and I believe I have the heavier wedge as well, so I have more weight behind it and more leverage again.

+ He has no way of causing me damage, and he can't lift for shit. Even if he does, my tracks mean I can simply drive off. I can hammer away with my axe when I get beneath him, which may not cause severe damage, but definitely scores points with the Judges. If I can hit one of his wheels, however, that could cause him some mobility issues.

> Keep the scoop pushed down, head out to meet him, go wedge-to-wedge and see who wins. If it's me, then start hammering away. If it's him, then my tracks should allow me to turn and reverse myself away, or at least prevent him from controlling me as much as he would want. I'm still going to try to keep hammering away at him in this situation, unless I'm unable to reach him. If he tries going to my sides, then I doubt he's manouverable enough to do so. Even with his Speed advantage, he's a 6WD machine and thus slow to turn. Slow enough that I should be able to cut him off, even with my tracks. Keep the front end pointed at him, avoid the walls, avoid the hazards. Especially the killsaws. Keep moving towards him, show as much Aggression as possible, and smash away with the axe at every opportunity. Hopefully a JD will come my way by the end of it.

Good luck, Martijn, and may the best bot win. =)
