Vi veri veniversum vivus vici.
Alrighty, another Lian match. Well, either him or Kody at least, but this one should be good however it goes.

Analysis
OK. We're both fairly similar drive-wise, but he's got better Torque/Traction due to his stats, along with some pretty insane frontal armour. He's pretty much the ultimate spinner-killer, but I've got the better agility due to my 4WD compared to his 6WD despite the traction difference, an active weapon compared to his lack of one (So hopefully that should allow me to get underneath his hinged wedges and earn more points by throwing rather than simply pushing), and his sides are vulnerable as well due to the lack of defences there and his slower turning.
Plus, his wedges lose a lot of their effectiveness when they're turned over and he has that tiny ground clearance as well, meaning that I'll be able to nullify his Torque advantage and do whatever I want with him whenever I'm underneath.

Strategy
Game on. Move out quickly, go for the sides/corners of his chassis (Not directly head-on if possible) with my Flipper, and pop him over with it as early on as I can to nullify his wedges as best I can and control him more effectively. Once I've done that, focus predominantly on keeping underneath and shoving him to the OOTA Zone, and getting him out of the arena twice to win- remember that his low ground clearance and my steep shields will make him helpless when I'm underneath, particularly when he's upside-down. Flip him out twice for a TKO, and in between attempts, flip and shove him around, keep him herded near the walls, squash him into the sides to wear down the clock, and force him into the Pulverisers and Drum as well to deal some nice damage to his chassis and the edges of the wedges.

In terms of defence, that mostly comes down to being aggressive, watching what he does, and acting accordingly. Don't fire the Flipper unless I'm definitely underneath him to conserve as much of my gas as possible, J-turn off and counterattack from behind using my big tyres if he gets underneath, keep my sides and back well-protected and keep the front facing him, and again- limit his movement and keep him upside-down as much as possible to constantly force him onto the defence. Keep a good berth from the hazards when I'm not taking him to them myself.

Well, hopefully this'll cover it. Good luck Lian, see you at Collectormania later as well. :)

This is a fill-in RP for Lian, who's unable to RP this week

Ersh...

Shorter wedges please. That way I can still attack when inverted.

There is really nothing left to do here but angle in on him and aim for his static shields. Once I'm under those I'm scot-free. Aim for the nearest hazard and stuff him into it. Stay away from the OOTA zone always. :v:

Keep angling in and sending him to hazards all match. Protect my sides.

Good luck Alex V
