Vi veri veniversum vivus vici.
Analysis
He's a bit faster than I am at 8 apiece compared to my 7, but I'm still fast enough to keep up, and I'll still have the better agility and manoeuvrability from my 4WD. He has his Lifter to press into the ground with, but it's very weak and easy enough to sneak around with my Spikes. His Chassis Armour is only 7 due to the Armour Bonus, so if I focus on not attacking the Blue Wedge and getting him from everywhere else instead, I should be able to cause more damage than him- particularly since he has very spindly and exposed framework that's just ripe for me to stick my Spikes into and hook onto him with.

Strategy
Alright, let's make this quick. Move out quickly, angle in towards his sides and corners, and focus on putting my Spikes into his framework to impale him. Lift him up, and from there get carrying him around, or at the very least flip him over and then follow up from there- try to avoid a head-on collision, keep the Spikes pressed down as I approach to make sure he doesn't get underneath easily, and his wedge is shallow enough for me to drive off, so J-turn off the wedge and counterattack him from behind.

When attacking, be as aggressive and controlling as possible. Flip him over ASAP to nullify the Lifter wedge and make it easier for me to get underneath him each time, impale him through his spindly frames with my Spikes, and focus on slamming him into the walls/hazards, squashing him into the walls and hazards to wear down the clock and deal damage, and keep his wheels off the ground as much as I can to nullify his Torque/Speed advantage. In particular, focus on the Pulverisers, Killsaws, Corner Saws and Drum to deal damage to his chassis and wheels, and earn some nice points in doing so.

Defence mostly comes down to watching where he comes from and acting accordingly to prevent him from pushing. If I can get round his wedge, do so and focus on attacking the corners/sides with my spikes, keep him herded near the walls and hazards to prevent him from moving around as much as I can, and asides from getting off the wedge if he pushes by J-turning and focussing on stopping his Lifter ASAP by flipping him, focus mostly on actively taking the fight to him. Other than that, the usual- keep sides protected, be careful around hazards and all that.

Good luck, Martijn!

Will use the wedge that is powered by a motor to press my wedge onto the floor.

He can technically press his wedge onto the floor too, BUT, he has to do so with care, as otherwise he will end up lifting his own wheels off the ground. I will not face the same problems, because even if I press my wedge down a LOT, my design is such that my rear wheels will stay in touch to the floor.

Only start seriously pressing down when near each other, outside that situation I want to make the most of my 6WD.

RIGHT, I have the better drive stats, slightly better speed and traction, better control due to 6WD, and a fair bit more torque and therefor acceleration. Use this to attack him where his active weapon is not present. Make the front corners my primary target as they are easiest to take advantage of, but sides and rear are cool too. Get under and take control. Simple as that. He has nothing to keep his wheels on the floor. He does have a weapon that he can fire down though, so it is important to act asap. Get him to the nearest hazard quickly simple as that, let him suffer as long as possible. Rinse and repeat.

When he wedges me, use my rear wheels and great acceleration to drive off asap.

If he flips me over really my tactics stay the same, although now it is of even greater importance to not face his weapon.

Keep my wedge facing him at all times.
