-The most noticeable thing is that Power-Jack has a good deal of armor invested into that lifter, but even with all that I still have a 4 point weapon advantage over it. So at worst I can start cutting into it within a few hits. But let's also consider that G.R.O.S.S. is a pretty wide design, and that front lifter is only average width at best so I could likely hit the edges on it and that would hurt him significantly. -Since he's only one point faster than I am, I don't need to sit around like a slug, so try to get out into the open space of the middle of the arena and keep my weapon facing him. -The goal is simply to land as many hits on him as I can. He can only really hope to clamp me if he would get to one of my wheel pods and that won't be too easy for him. -If I can cut through his front plow, the rest of his armor is going to get shredded in short order and he won't last more than one or two hits. Conversely, he doesn't have a reliable way to damage me without pushing me around to the hazards. -So attack, attack, ATTACK! Keep away from the hazards. Good Luck! |

Ruiner of All

This is a fill-in RP for Lian, who's unable to RP this week ---- Ugh. Well fortunately there's no corner on the lifter for G.R.O.S.S. to catch onto on the bottom, so I guess I can "charge" in on him. Absorb hits like a champ (or a chump) and stop his bars. Clamp down on whatever is available to me and drag his sorry ass to the corner disc. His tires won't like that one bit. Try and herd him into a wall, too. That will stop his weapon cold since he needs room to spin up. Then repeat clamp/corner disc strategy. PROTECT SIDES!!! Good luck Josh! |
