We have very similar stats, with me slightly better in drive and weapon, and him having the slightly better torque and armor.

Other than that, I've got some simple, yet important distinctions that should hopefully give me the advantage here. For one, having a flipper over a lifter will help me win points more so...whenever I get under him, I'll be able to get some nice lifts/flips. His lifter is more for finesse - slamming me around and slow lifting/propping up, etc. Not to mention his fangs could actually hinder him here. If he ever does get under me, I'll hopefully have my flipper arm under the fangs, and then when I fire, I can lift him up with me.

Plus, there's the difference of me having 100% wedge coverage and him having like...5% wedge coverage. He's got those two simple tips of his forks that he's completely relying on. Any kind of maneuvering, turning or not coming at me head-on means that I should get under him with my wedge skirts. It seems likely, based on this alone, that I'll get under him more often.

When the match begins, try to wedge under him, and see if I can get a few early flips in. In addition to flipping and tossing, I'll try to send him over the saws as often as possible. If I manage to slice up his forks with the saws, there's a chance I could screw up his wedge effectiveness considering those spikes are pretty thin and they account for his whole strategy.

Not much else to say. Stay aggressive. If he flips me, re-right myself as I drive away from him. Thwack myself to get off of his forks if he gets under me. Make sure to get a lot of flips in and get him over the saws a fair amount.

Good luck!

Analysis
Looks like we're not too different in terms of our stats. He's got a slightly stronger weapon in his Flipper and slightly more Traction than I do, but I've got more push behind me, better damage resistance with my armour, and my shorter and wider wheelbase should give me a little bit more potential for manoeuvrability than his large, boxy one.
Some other advantages I have include how he doesn't really have anything to keep me on his wedge like I can, he'll be much more vulnerable when flipped or with his wheels raised off the ground (Thanks to his incredibly low ground clearance, and because of my design, I can get right back up from it whatever he does.), and his weapon is much more cumbersome as well- less range to it than my Spikes due to how thin it is, and each time it misses a flip, it'll get flicked up briefly and nullify his skirts.

Strategy
So what I'm going to do is move out quickly on the early approach, and focus on getting to the sides or front corners. Drive over the sides if necessary (Not over the Flipper.) if necessary, and press down with the Spikes to out-prioritise his Skirts, get underneath, and start shoving. Once I'm under and start lifting, he'll be in trouble.

When attacking, I'll first want to prioritise damaging his thin skirts and opening up gaps in his defences whilst minimising what he can do to me. Lift and slam him predominantly, but do flip him if I have the chance to do so, and make good use of the hazards to ruin his skirts and things. Box him into the Pulveriser corners, and force him both into the Drums and the Killsaws to rip up his skirt wedges. Basically, be controlled and aggressive as can be- damage his defences first, drive under him if he tries to self-right, and attack any weak points I can open up wherever I can in order to make him vulnerable.

The key thing to do with my defence will be to minimise the chances he has to attack me. Although I have much more potential for controlling him, he has the more powerful weapon, so prioritise avoiding it by not attacking directly from the front where possible. Be as slippery and unpredictable as I can to keep him from getting under, and then use my Spikes and torque to force my way under and counterattack. Otherwise, just take my usual precautions- don't hang about too close to the hazards if I'm not taking him to them myself, for instance.

Good luck.
