thank god that thing only has 10 fucking armour points now what! CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGE Start off facing him with the rear, you know, the bit where there's no spinner that won't damage him anyway, to let that spinner spin up to at least make this party look cool, somewhat, when spun up use my utterly brilliant 2WD to, you know what, to hit his weapon joints. Yeah lets do that. Fuck his 10 armour, wherever his weapon is attached to his body has to be a weak point to some degree, somehow, surely. It has to be hasn't it? He's going down! |

Scoop, please. + Speed and Traction are both mine, plus I have four wheels compared to his two, so I should be both faster, and a good deal better controlled than he will be, adding the fact his spinning weaponry will be trying to mess his manouvering up. + I have a wedge, and he does not, so I can get underneath him from any angle. When I do get under him, I have a nice meaty 4 Torque compared to his measly single point, so I can shove him around as much as I want without too much retaliation. + Weapon-wise, he has a single point of Weapon over my scoop's Armour, so he'll be causing minimal to no damage, aside from the paintwork. I, on the other hand, have a good opportunity to exert control over him with my lifting weaponry. > RUSH HIM. For obvious reasons. I'm faster than he is, so it's going to be a lot harder for him to get to my sides than he would like. I would like to force him to eat my tough front end, and from there I can continue scooping into him and slowing the weapon, preparing for a lift-and-push to the hazards. Pulverizers, ideally, could disable something with repeated trips. Stay on him like the NSA, and give him no opportunities to regroup. After an impact, my superior Traction and more wheels mean that I'll recover quicker than he will, so I can go back on the attack before he's able to respond effectively. He may try thwacking, but I can simply time my attack so his tail hits me rather than his bars, and I can scoop underneath him and assume control once more. If needs be, pin him against the wall to slow the weapon down and then turn him over. It's an attack, it gets me the initiative, and it prevents him getting an attack in. All of which are positives. Good luck, Martijn, and may the best bot win. =) |
