Ruiner of All

We have the same speed, he has more traction, torque, and armour, but I have a decent weapon advantage over his main armour. I'm going to try and utilize it as best as I can. Go out in undercutter mode and make a straight path towards his front corners. That's where I can make a particularly nasty hit, but even a hit to the side of the flipping arm won't be that good for him, since it'll knock him away and give me time to spin my disc back up. I don't have to worry too much about his flipper, it's only 1 point above my main armour, and if I get flipped that gives me better reach at his front corners. Over time he may switch to the rear wedge, but I can also damage that pretty easily as well so I'll just aim for the sides of that. All the damage I do to his front corners may bend armour into his wheels, or simply rip armour off exposing the wheels which I can dig into and will. Just remember to keep away from walls and hazards here, and don't let him get around the disc. Keep hitting corners and edges and spin him away from me so that I can keep attacking. Good luck. |

+ We both have four wheels, and we both have the same Speed. However, I have two extra points of Traction, and he has a big spinning disc to deal with, so I should almost certainly be the better controlled machine during the fight. + Torque is mine, three points to one, plus I have a wedge and he does not, aside from the two entirely passive and small wedges on his sides. Pushing him should be absolutely not a problem for me. + I have one and a half times his Armour, so I can definitely withstand more punishment during the match. He also only has three points of Weapon over my front end, so I doubt he'll be able to cause much in the way of damage to me over the match. > I'm thinking rush him. Force him to eat my tough flipper on the front, and don't let him get to my sides. His robot is a hell of a lot wider than it is long, plus his manouvering will be skittish at best, so it'll be tough for him to be able to drive around me properly. Get under him with the flipper a reasonable amount, either chassis or disc, and then just throw him up into the air. Given how far his weapon sticks out from his chassis, then with a little luck, he might come down disc-first and damage himself a fair amount. Once he lands, rush in and flip him again. And then do that again. Don't let up, and don't give him a chance to recover. Hopefully repeat this until he breaks, interspersed with shoving him to the hazards to score more damage points and counteract his own damage potential. Good luck, Kody, and may the best bot win. =) |
