Quick stat comparison shows I have the advantages in drivetrain, while he has advantages in weapon and body armour. But the lifter barely goes out further than the skirts that flank it and is very low powered, so I'm going to just charge him, get under him, and deliver him to the hazards. If possible, I will flank the lifter or angle in against it. If he gets under me I will quickly back off and then move back in; he might have raised his lifter too early. If not, in the worst case scenario I work the exact same inverted. Also, the red spines on my main body should help me keep hold of Certificate while I push him around. 5 torque is a pretty good speed while pushing him around, so he shouldn't be able to escape. Make sure to avoid all hazards when I'm not pushing them into them, and keep hold of the center of the arena (but don't explicitly stay there). Over the course of the match I want to be in his face completely and shut down any chance he has of getting under me. Zombie Killer is a bot that relies on its physical prowess so this should be par for the course for him. Good luck. |

-Considering we both feature hinged wedges I'm thinking a head-to-head meeting is most likely. For the most part ZK is a straightforward aggression machine so I pretty much know what to expect here. -Let's try something extreme here. Since ZK has a fairly wide wedge, I'll try and drive just over the front corner of it in reverse and try to use ZK's aggressive nature against him. If I can ramp over the wedge there I should end up right near it's sides with my lifter facing him. -If that's the case then drive forward and slip under the sides and lift him up. My lower torque won't really matter with his wheels off the ground and me pushing from the side. From there deliver him to the hazards and rack up damage points. -As long as that general tactic works, keep it up. If it doesn't work, then switch to keeping the lifter facing him and press it into the ground to improve my leverage. From there work towards his main body if I can get under the hinged wedge and try to lift him that way. Still keep driving him around to the hazards as much as I can. Good Luck! |
