You're just a voice pal, you don't know a damn thing about racing!

Malevolence: Speed: 6 Weapon: 13 Armor: 4 Traction: 4 Torque: 1 Parasite: Speed: 6 Traction: 5 Torque: 1 Weapon: 12 Armor: 4 Another robot with equal speed, but this time we have equal armor. However, while his weapon is only on the front of his robot, mine has 360 degrees of offense and defense. I want the hammer teeth on for this match so he can't ride up my shell and get to my motor. Spin up and as usual aim for the wheels. Drift out at an angle and aim for anything that isn't that spinner. With equal speed and the element of surprise on my side I should be able to pull this off. Try to cripple half his drive system in one go, and if that doesn't work then use my lack of traction to get away in time to spin up again and go for another shot. Even if he damages my spinner, unless he rips it in two in one hit I'll still be able to spin, while any damage to his bar will likely send some shock into his chassis, likely damaging it and hopefully the weapon motor as well. Keep spinning until he has issues moving is pretty much my main goal here, and with our equal speed, his lack of wedge armor (If he goes in with his wedge, my teeth should be able to pretty much shear it off without much argument) and his only-frontal weapon to pull it off. Good luck Nick and may the better bot win. |

I've never lived by anyone's rules but my own.

The supports on the teeth for the shell don’t look so hot. Those only have 8 armor. He has 1 more weapon power but I plan to use that against him. The teeth on his shell are held in by tiny little bolts. I plan to spin my bar in the same direction that he’s spinning his shell (if he’s clockwise, I’ll be clockwise), then tear those little things off when our weapons collide, causing him to be unbalanced. He’ll careen across the arena and I can just follow up with hits without much worry afterwards. My bar is one solid piece of steel. The connection between his teeth and the shell are clearly a soft point which I can take advantage of. Just advance cautiously, keep the weapon facing him, and hit, then back up. Hit, and back up. Over and over. We have the same speed, but I have a slight edge in traction. My plan is that since I’ll be the one hitting *him*, I’ll just bump him away with successive hits, build up damage against his shell, and then when his weapon is forced to power down due to dents and unevenness, then eventually come in with the wedge and push him into the corners and give him some hammer time. Good Luck -N |
