I have several advantages going into this fight. The better speed, traction, speed:traction ratio allows me really gain a big drive advantage, which means I might be able to drive around his hammer at all times and aim for his corners. Secondly, even if he manages to get the hammer down on me once or twice, he has barely any range (extends JUST past his dustpan), and would probably hit either my lifter or corner wedges if succesful, which means he might cause a dent or two, but nothing lethal since I doubt he'd ever strike my actual chassis. Lastly, because of my drive advantage, I can aim my lifter/wedges toward his corner, which has no wedge and I can just scoop right under him. I will start the match by driving out fast and aim for one of his corners. When I get to one of his side arms, scoop him up and raise him with the lifter. Drive him immediately into the wall right behind and slam him. If I have him propped up while he is being slammed, I might be able to execute a flip and get him stuck on his ass. I'm also not 100% confident he can self-right but he might be able to. Regardless of that, keep on him and keep under him at all times, constantly slamming him around and shoving him into hazards. Killsaws and pulverizers would be ideal because his armor isn't great (5) and if he suffers enough exposure to these hazards, his damage will definitely show (maybe even result in a KO). If maneuvering around his dustpan and/or avoiding exposure to his hammer isn't working, I can always try to approach with my back plow as a last resort. This might work mainly because the height of my plow would foil any attempt he could make to fire the hammer and nail me on a vulnerable/fatal part of my bot. He'd only be able to strike the top of my plow, which has an armor of 10 (equal to his weapon). This basically means he won't be able to do much of any damage to me, but I can still get under him and push him around. So basically, I have a lot of options, all of which I'm fairly confident would be effective. In general, avoid his dustpan and aim for his corners, scoop him, raise him with the lifter, slam him into the wall and use the hazards when possible. Good luck! |

i really seem to get crappy matchups, oh well i'm pretty sure even Sparkey could trash me, anyway. Get to the sides or back, avoid any of his charges and scoop him in the dustpan (always from side or back) and pound away, avoid hasards especially killsaws, as they may cut through the dustpan, comprising his effectiveness. |
