Ugh.

- We're practically identical in stats. He has slightly more traction, I have a slightly more powerful weapon (and by proxy more weapon armour).

- Design-wise is where it gets interesting. Now, I've never really been the biggest fan of SteveOUT designs because they're so wide, and take long as hell to turn. (Snijmachine breaks away from that formula because its disc protrudes slightly and he's able to have his wheels closer together, but w/e :P) Murder Is Fun probably goes to the extremes because his disc is huge. I literally mean that, it is huge, and it would be foolish to think it wouldn't impact his drive. He has 4WD, which would make manouevrability worse than mine as well. Also to take note is that his wheels are pretty exposed, not at all protected by his weapon (like mine are).

- Therefore I'm going to go undercutter (so that I can hit his weapon, presumably since he'll likely start as an undercutter as well... if not, my plan will work better!) and aim for his corners. I wouldn't need to go completely around his disc and therefore I can aggressively attack him. The best bit is that if he tries to avoid my own disc, that makes it easier to get at his corners since he'll have to first turn aside and then drive away (due to 4WD), while I can just angle in on him. My aim here is to rip off both wheels on one side for a KO, while protecting my own.

- If he's getting near a wheel, turn abruptly and clash weapons. I am in no jurisdiction going to let him get at the wheels. If we clash weapons, he may recover slightly faster, but we still have the same speed so it'll be impossible for him to catch up with me (and my weapon will apparently get to speed faster due to higher weapon power).

- If he goes overcutter, bad idea. That gives me infinitely more range to work with, and I can execute my wheel-destroying plan better. Plus I'm rather low so his disc may just miss me entirely.

- DON'T LET HIM GET AT THE WHEELS GOD DAMN IT.

Good luck.

Speed: 5
Torque: 1
Traction: 3
Armour: 5
Weapon: 14

Me:

Arm:5
Wep:13
Spd:5
Tra:4
Tor:1

-i have better traction. Also, his disc is further away than the centre of his turning, so i will have the better turning and acceleration
-I also have the better range.

Start in undercutter
Try to hit the wheels. the wheels guard dont protect them that much.
protect my own wheels
try to follow up on hits that expose his side
stay away from hazards
spin the disc

good luck
