You're just a voice pal, you don't know a damn thing about racing!
Spin up, hit him hard. Try not to go flying off the edge. Try not to let him get the wedge into play by aiming for the corners of his wedge. Basically keep doing damage, stay in the center of the arena and if anything DON'T LET HIM PUSH ME OFF

Good luck Chris and may the better robutt win

The strategy here is as basic as you can get. Spin up, come at him with the disc and hope I have the superior design.

Like with many of Cupid's encounters, my undercutter seems to be the key factor here. My disc is lower than his bar, which will probably slide nicely under his weapon. Assuming this is the case, I should be able to hit his weapon axle , which looks extremely fragile. With one or two good hits, that axle should be dead or dismembered. Normally I might be concerned that his bar would hit my chassis before my undercutter hits him, but...in this case his bar is surprisingly small. It doesn't look like it extends that far past the central axle so I should be able to hit him first.

If this is true, this essentially means I can probably avoid his bar all together. If so, awesome.

We're also in Lumina Cloth, which means that there's a small chance we could veer towards the edge at some point in the match. If this is the case (since I have wedge and he doesn't), quickly push him off the edge if the opportunity presents itself. I will also use my wedge to try and push him off as an absolute last resort in case my weapon goes out. Ironically enough, it did the job against SOTAR last week.

Good luck!
