-Hello brick... Interestingly we have equal drive stats which could definetly be a help for me. He's got really tough armor, but Jack Frost was able to get by last week against a bot with even tougher armor (at least in the parts Frost was able to attack). -Anyway, so there's that big shield of a scoop to deal with. Okay, the most logical thing will be to target either edge of it (I'm not foolish enough to expect I could actually get around it on my own driving merits). Basically instead of going straight at the brick wall, wear away at the edges. Also, attacking there will spin him around much more due to the force. Additionally it keeps me out of the direct line of his hammer. -The best outcome is if I can keep this up it may lead to some shots at his main body. His armor is no less there, but I'm closer to his internals and he can't get me with the hammer at all there. At the bare minimum I hope to be able to keep up going with my "edges" attack consistantly. -Now there is a place for the thwack tail, but it's very situational. Mindlessly thwacking will get me nowhere (his plow can just absorb it and laugh), BUT if I find myself in position where I'm buried head-first in his plow, the range is good enough so that a quick spinaround will catch outside the plow and lead to him getting spun around. This is mostly a defensive tatic if I find myself getting scooped. -Fortunetly we're in the Land of Confusion, so the main thing to worry about is his hammer (and that is a fixed trajectory in a VERY WIDE scoop). Even if I get flipped, Ridley works pretty much the same inverted so not much of a loss there. And with his hammer, it's power is only equal to Ridley's armor, so hits from that won't hurt me as much as hits from my weapon will hurt him (ironically even though he has the higher armor). -So keep on the move and keep getting in hits as much as I can. Try to keep the fight mostly in the center of the arena. Good Luck! |

Push and hammer. Really original strategies, I know. I'm going to try to push him into the flames and keep him there. The gradual damage of the flames and the burst damage of FJ's hammer should be enough to kill Ridley within 3 minutes. |
