Ugh. Get it together SeC... oh no. - This is actually a decent machine. It has good weapon and definitely outwedges me... and even matches me for torque! Christ. Unfortunately it's hampered by low armour and I'm HOPING that I can take advantage of that... - Okay, so what I want to do is to go straight at him with the jaws open and see if I can get under him. If I can, great! Feed to pulverizer immediately. If I don't, well here's where my plan kicks in. I am expecting him to fire the axe or the flipper, so I quickly will back off and then try to grab one of the axe/flipping arms (preferably the axe arm since it goes out further) after it's fired, and trap it so it can't be retracted. When I do, I will lift the claws up. What will end up happening is that he will try to retract the arm and drag his own robot over. It's more likely than trying to drag my own robot AND his arm back, since that's heavier. Balance issues will point to him being dragged and flipped over by the power of his own weapon. Anyway, when that happens, I'm free to keep holding onto him and push him into the pulverizer. - If that doesn't work, I'll try another crafty tactic and angle off slightly in the direction of his axe side. Hopefully one side of my claw catches the axe slot and the other sides catch his side and top, and then I can crunch in and lift him up that way. His sides are pretty steep so it's not unlikely I can get a good purchase on them. - I will keep dragging him to the pulverizer until his mediocre armour gives out. Keep going for those tactics, and watch out for any hazard lures. Fake him out if he does that, and maybe he'll throw himself onto the killsaws and cripple himself. Good luck. |

Solve has a terrible wedge. I'll easily scoop under him, flip him, and while he's stunned axe the crap out of him. He shouldn't be able to grip me with that big of a ground clearance. If he somehow manages to dent my front, I'll use the back of my bot to push him into the nearest hazard. |
