Posts: 5,191 Group: Incubator Volunteer Member #610 Joined: September 6, 2008	As you can see, the Abandoned Page is usually overflowing with Mints, Pebbles, and others of the likes. There is the Whink program, but that is covering whites and pinks, and they are not as plentiful as before. So I have decided to found the Rainbow Rescue Program. It operates like Whink did. You pick up different eggs from the AP and then hatch them, when they hatch you freeze them. You can keep them if you want, or release them to the wild. If you want, you don't have to release them, you can keep them or abandon them. As long as the eggs stay off the AP, it's okay. There are rewards for releasing/abandoning/keeping a certain amount of hatchlings. They are all upon request, if you would like one you have to tell me so. 5 - Silver egg 10 - Gold egg 15 - Geode egg 20+ - Any dragon that is breedable that I own { scroll } To join, you can PM Moonlitfang or Mordeth or you can post here which is possibly easier. And you will be added to the list and whenever you get a new egg, post the four-letter code (if you need a more detailed description PM me) so I can add it to your eggs. UPDATE: When you pick your RRP eggs fropm the AP, try and pick those that are the most plentiful. Don't just grab a rare you see just cause it's on the AP. This whole program was about trying to remove the UNWANTED eggs from the AP - not just any old egg. This should answer a few questions. Spoiler: click to toggle Q:If I catch the egg, but don't release it/freeze it, does it still count? A:Yes. As long as you keep the egg off the AP, it counts. So yes you CAN hatch and release This isn't exactly a question, but a comment. "This is a horrid idea, the wilderness is not for dumping off unwanted dragons." No, it's not. But I think while people are trying to figure out a more strategical approach, this will help. If you just freeze the hatchie, but not release it, does it still count as a "realeased hatchie?" What if you breed it to a dragon but never breed it?

Also, the wilderness provides the potential for the opportunity to get rare, randomly bred eggs. There are no eggs in the wilderness, by the way; they go to the AP when it is low. I just believe that if you are going to catch a baby, it should not be to get rid of it, or toss it away. Besides, the wilderness takes up a lot of memory, and that would probably start to hurt the Cave in some other way because of people massively abandoning as many dragons as they can, just to get them out of the AP.

I'll Take That As A Compliment Posts: 978 Group: Incubator Volunteer Member #234 Joined: August 26, 2008	LunaRain May 11 2009, 11:15 PM There are no eggs in the wilderness, by the way; they go to the AP when it is low. sorry, but i do believe you are wrong about that. i just took these screenshots less than 5 minutes ago from the wilderness page, not the nursery page. i'm pretty sure those are eggs. they don't show up every single time, but usually about 2 out of 3 refreshes will bring up an egg or two in the wilderness.

There never used to be any eggs in the wilderness. They always went to the AP. Has TJ changed something? Edit: If the AP was clogged (or even considerably full), the wilderness eggs would just stop being produced. Well, there definitely seems to be something that has changed because I know the eggs always went to the AP, and if they were in the wilderness, it was only for a very brief period (they were randomly dropped at unknown times). Some of my eggs are even from wilderness dragons breeding. However, I know that TJ said the feature is disabled if there are too many eggs in the AP (therefore not contributing to the clog). Unless something has been changed, there should not be any wilderness eggs unless the AP is actually getting low enough (if only for short periods of time).
