So, we all know I'm a drama-whore. Well, those who know me should know this. I like drama. I like tragic pasts and terrible things and I like torturing my characters probably more than I should.

HOWEVER

My flair for the dramatic brings to you all a new idea that will ideally create upwards of 7 or 8 new characters all around. More, even, if I wanted to be so bold as to suggest it.

The idea centers around a family that twists the matriarchal nature of the Blood until absolute obedience is expected of the head of the family. I tried this family before on a board once so I beg forgiveness of those of you who have seen this idea before and thought it was a bad one then.

SO

Basically the family setup is like this: a head of the family (stuck between a child who is named "Queen" of the family when she was little and has been ruling them with an iron, whimsical, cruel fist ever since and a bitter, cruel old woman. if it's the child, she will be guided by a cruel older woman, though, so best of both worlds). Anyone blood related to the family would be at the entire bid and call of the family head. This could range from a character who is this person's personal plaything, in various form, or a more distant overbearing attitude concerning marriage and love and etc.

The cruelty you wish to use on a character that you bring into the fold would be up in the air. Mostly right now I'm trying to see who is interested in this sort of arrangement, what Territory we would jump into, etc.

Anyone at all interested in working this out? Questions? Comments? Post here so we can keep the discussion open to everyone.

EDIT: For those interested, the family name is Everard, so feel free to reg a char!

I am always interested in drama. However, I think I will take a one of the supporting casts in this one.

Chars I have in my own brain about this::

The head of the family, thinking the younger Queen. She'll be NPC (link here).

Maybe a male for myself. I like males with tortured pasts. They're fun. And I like playing males.

Trying to figure out the form of the family. I think the young Queen is going to end up being the cousin to most of the other players. This is an old family with money. Aristo.

Anyone want this in any specific Territory, btw? I'm thinking short lived myself.

More fun things to note::

* Rhaevin, Jozuah, and Chansity are all related bios you should read up on.
* Soleil's NPC bio is up.
* The family is from Dharo.
* Family name is Everard.
* Very extended family.

As I told Ashe, I am going to make a 'bastard child' of the family. Not sure what it will be yet or even if it is a male or female yet.

Chansity I guess is the antagonist of the family in a distorted way.

Bow to my artistic genius.

Notes:

Red means dead.
Blue means out of the picture.
Black means still on the scene.

Rhone is the "aunt" who raised Soleil.
