I have a 1972 dodge challenger project i have been workin on for 2 years now. Had a 318 in it ripped that out and got a 360 port and polished stroked with a 727 tranny and a supercharger on order. Pics will show what the updates are done. Just need to finish the car to get it on the road haha. |

I was debating for a while now. Not sure if I want to stay with the purple or do the body the orange to match what I painted the motor an take all the Crome pieces and bring them to my powder coating bay at the shop. Then I'm not sure if I want to do a gloss black or satin. I figured by the end of summer ill be ready to spray it. That's awesome your father had one! Glad to hear someone else can still appreciate the sad face challys. I live on cape cod Mass an lemme tall ya it's so hard to find any classic car worth restoring. I saw this car and was like score! Haha

I had to ship my dart all the way from Oregon and ran into lots and lots of bondo. (got car from friend) Up here in the great white north snow equals salt and salt equals rust. I am a hardcore moparnut www.moparnuts.com. That place can give you lots of laughs when things get rolling along, but it has slowed down alot in the last 5 years. Keep the pics coming. Love watching the progress of a restoration. I have a dart buildup right here http://s10.zetaboards.com/Dakota_Quad_Squad/topic/7283063/1/ |

Brings back memories, I bought a 1974 Challenger brand new. I kept it 16 years and sold it, how I wish I had it back! It was frosty green with green interior. Very rare color that you might consider. |
