I am thinking of getting an Adrenaline Lift for my 2003 Dakota 4.7. And i was wondering if any one has bought this kit and has any reviews for it. Also will rancho rs 5000 shocks work with this setup? If so will it give me the most lift?

Has anyone used this lift? Is it descent?

2- Is it recommended that I switch out the shocks when I do the lift?

3- Is there something better I should be looking at than the above?

4- My current tire setup is 265/70R16. Do you know what I can get away with if I put the lift on?

As far as the 4x4's go there isnt a whole lot of selection, at least as far as i've seen. Keys and blocks/shocks are about the only way to go outside of having something fabricated. I would definitely get shocks. If you're gonna be lifting you're gonna want them. I dont have any experience with this particular kit but other than the poor description (redundant) it seems alright. Also, they say you can fit 33's without rubbing so you should be fine to go with bigger tires.

Try doing a torsion bar crank first, it does the same exact thing for free. Only reason to replace the torsion bar keys is if your bars are worn out and you can't crank them enough to get the stance you want. Also disregard what they say about their kit not affecting the ride quality as it will be a little stiffer, not bad though.

Stock keys will get you some lift depending on where they are set right now. Most kits include larger keys to get you an extra couple inches past what the stock keys are capable of. I'm assuming that's what they are including in the kit, I would contact them to make sure of that though. Better safe than sorry.

Regards as always..............shock post to come [thumbs-up]

okay thanks for the reply. my main worry with it is not getting long enough shocks for the lift that the kit will give me. Im in the market for shocks right now and have been eyeing the ranchos but dont wanna get them if they wont work well with the lift i may get n the future.
