My transmission went out a week ago. The guy at the shop needed to tear off my stock skid plates in order to access the transmission. Since my truck has taken some rock shots underneath, the only way he could take it off was to destroy the skid plates. Now i have to get all new ones. My question is does anyone know any part numbers for the 2001 AWD quadcab OEM skidplates? does anyone know if i can get some heavy duty metal ones? I have searched online and all over salvage yards and cannot find anything. I need the skidplates for the fuel tank, transfer case, and front splash guard and any other skid plate that came with the truck, thanks!!! |

Here are some part numbers for them. I believe that they will be very difficult to impossible to find, but good luck and I hope you find them. I ordered mine when I bought my truck and am very glad that I did. They keep the underside very clean from road crap. Front #82205936 superseded by #82208172 Transfer #82205937 superseded by 82208173 Fuel Tank (Accy part number) #82203839 Fuel Tank "Factory" part number 52102426AB - plate 6503452 - studs 6502337 - nuts 6101340 - uNut/Channel Nut http://oemmoparonline.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=66700 http://factorymoparparts.com/82208172.html |

There is absolutely no reason he would not be able to get those off without destroying them. He handed you a line. Make him pay for them because that is some BS. |
