When i was on my way home today i was stopped and tried turning my steering wheel to the right and it was hard as hell to do, like 2 hands to do it hard, but turning left was easy as always. Wondering what the hell i have to get fixed now. The fluid is at proper level but its kinda dark, and smelt almost like it was burnt, can you flush power steering fluid out to put all new stuff in? Any help would be great!! thanks

you can flush it, but i bet its the rack, if its only happening one way. if it was both id say chek your steering shaft u-joints, they tend to seize up. i wouldnt reccomend flushing the fluid like i did but it worked, i took the return line off the resevoir and put it into a bucket and ran it and poured new stuff in the resevoir but the old stuff goes away really fast. oh and make sure youse use ATF(i think +4)

what a pain in the ass it was to chabge that thing, mainly cause i had to stop and go buy more wrenchs, but man it was tight getting that thing back in. Although it was a used part, ne one couldnt afford right now, drives sssoo much nicer.
