Finally (after 2 years) got around to installing my winch from my stolen & wrecked Jeep GC on the front of my QC. Winch is an EPi 9 Superwinch with wireless controller. Bumper is 3" x 6" x 3/16" HSS with 3/16" skid plate and winch mount and bumper mounts are 1/4" plate. D- rings are 10K tie downs from a trailer mounted on 3/8" plate. I also installed a receiver under the winch in case I want to pull something up onto a trailer. Running a CNC plasma cutting table in a welding shop has it's perks.

Rear bumper is a matching piece of 3" x 6" HSS with receiver tucked up tight to bottom of the frame for clearance and to hide the 3" BL. |

very nice. I am planning a similar bumper. how is the weight? 3/16 is thin but still a fairly heavy chunk of steel. |
