As some might recall my other "ride" is a Pontiac Grand Prix GTP... in the wretched BLACK.

Needless to say it's a headache to keep defect free, which is pretty much impossible so I have to do what I can. Especially in the pollen season.

This past weekend I went to my 2nd car show with this Pontiac, about 55+ cars there and we got top 18 :) I was pretty ecstatic because I didn't plan on walking away with anything. You don't see many Grand Prix's in the "show ring" for cars, so I was pretty happy that it beat out the old "Muscle."

Here are some pics, I need to re-do my Calipers when I get the time and when I'm not driving it.

It's a 2000 with 112k mi.

I don't have it at the show or the other cars, those are on my Facebook page, but I'll update this when I get home from work. Govt. computer doesn't allow Facebook [HHMM]

Nice GP. I am a Pontiac lover also. I have a 1981 Grand Prix LJ with 42,000. Owned it since new and it is how I met my wife.

Quad Dad... I owned a 79 GP L J also back around 1988-92....Mine was black on black with leather interior. The 1st ex wife had an 85 GP which was brown and cream, they were nice cars at the time.

hehe thanks guys :) Despite it being black I love this car. The color has really taken a toll on my nerves/patience because swipe it the wrong way and you just screwed up your 8 hours of work lol.

I really do enjoy the quality of it though. While not as reliable as my Grand Prix GT was, I still trust it to take me on long road trips and not crude out on me hehe.

my brother had a 99 grand prix gtp and it never left him stranded anywhere, was a very good car, fast as all hell too, he got rid of it last month and bought a 2010 jeep

Yea, I definitely trust this car not to leave me stranded. However, a new Camaro has been quite tantalizing ;)

Yesterday was a BIIG show, took the GTP with just the intentions of showing it off, came home with a "New Generation Classic Winner" was pretty stoked! So far so good this year. I don't have any pics as I forgot my camera, but a friend of mine took this one:
