Well, anyone wanting a Hurst Competition Plus shifter for their 5spd manual tranny are out of luck. It appears that it is now a discontinued item from Hurst. I have one and it definitely shortens up the throw and tightens the pattern. Not that any of you pansies with an automatic care.

Well, I agree with cook.... But I was always a 5 speeder untill I got married, then automatics made their way in as the ladies couldnt drive a stick to save their lives.... But, I am teaching my daughter to drive a stick so she at least knows how in case there is ever an emergency, and my new lil' lady can drive one but she doesnt want a manual ( too busy multi-tasking ) Just to say the least, my next dak I hope is a manual !!!!! |
