Its a 2000. LOL, I wish these extended cab had the suicide doors similar to the Toyota X-runner.

E.J. There are still 17" R/T wheels available all over the place for sale... and if you want a new set, just go on ebay and type in Dodge Dakota RT. Make sure you leave the / between the R and the T out, it will generate different results.

Thanks for the compliments. Big plans for this truck, just gonna be awhile before they get executed. ;)

Ya know, if ya really wanted to make a "driveable" R/T... all you have to do is put a soft bed cover on it, put a cold air intake on it, new manifold, throttle body, headers, duals, possibly a good set of heads, and change the gears to the 3.55s and it would probably give you 20mpg. Mine gives me decent mileage, but then I dont always have my foot in it either.
