Greetings Group
I'm with Alta and Sonocativo on this one. And I do believe that the stock 4.7 draws it's air through the passenger side front wheel well and into the sealed air box. With the right bends you can angle your aftermarket filter into the corner behind the AC lines.

How do I know this because I have done it. The vaccuum thingy that Texas Toast was talking about can sometimes interfere with the air being sucked into the engine causing a thrumming of the tach by a couple hundred rpm.

Why cause I experienced it......But it didn't stop me from trying.
It's all about the hp and the flb's of tq.
( That would be horsepower and foot pounds of torque Toddles)
