So does anyone care about this then?

Do you care who is in power?

I heard Nick Griffin trying miserably to make himself sound transparent on the radio earlier.... they don't have a hope in hell!!

I personally don't vote, though I know I should, but I can't see that any party is going to make a better job of running the country.

It would appear that they are all full of false promises as the last two governments in power have proven.

:)

Anything but a hung parliament - that would be worse for the country than any one party getting the majority.

Conservatives FTW, and then Boris usurps Cameron and everything's good.

Boris for PM :D

EDIT - NOT voting is wrong. this country is a democracy (sic) but you can't complain if you don't even use your vote.

I think Im going conservative. I dont like Gordon Brown, and I think you should allowed to just take over as PM, if one steps down, or is forced down, there should be an election.

I think its time someone else is given a chance and I like both Cameron and Clegg, but I think Cameron has more of a chance of getting in power than Clegg.

Its the first time I will have voted!!

I think some of their policies should be adopted by the other parties as they do make a lot of sense, but as for voting for them it would be a waste of time

As I'm quite a cynical person..like the majority of people in this country...I'll vote for anyone who actually gives a damn.

I like the comment from a manufacturer Gordon brown visited this week who said
'no thanks to you we're a very successful company'

Gordon Brown goes on a state visit to Israel . While he is on a tour of Jerusalem he suffers a heart attack and passes away. The undertaker tells the British Diplomats accompanying him, 'You can have him shipped home for £5,000,000, or you can bury him here, in the Holy Land , for just £100.'

The British Diplomats go into a corner and discuss for a minute. They come back to the undertaker and tell him they want Gordon shipped home.

The undertaker is puzzled and asks, 'Why would you spend £5,000,000 to ship him home, when it would be wonderful to be buried here and you would spend only £100? With the money you save you could help pay back some of the deficit, help pay for the Olympic Games or help the elderly'.

The British Diplomats replied, 'Long ago a man died here, was buried here, and three days later he rose from the dead. We just can't take the risk.'

I'm struggling to pick this time, I really don't trust any of them or agree with many of thier policies.

I can't vote conservative, they really do seem to be lookin out for the rich.

I'm tempted with the lib dems.

I saw that too. Good on her. We have our Woman of the year.

anything has to be better than the benevolent Mr Brown......my worst nightmare, him leading a coalition. If we have a hung Parliament we will be fooked as a nation, well, more so.

Gene Hunt for PM. :P

I really don't understand why people are saying that voting is a waste of time... and then complain that petrol is too high, council tax is too high, the NHS is rubbish, roads are crap etc etc.

THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR SAY !!!

Its not our chance to have a say though is it. I don't agree with a lot the main parties have to say and don't trust any of them one bit.

The main issue I have with the lib dems is that they want to integrate us even more into the EU and any illegal immigrant that has been here for over 10 years will be given UK citizenship. They actually agree to having more immigrants here.

because who ever gets in to power isnt going to cut VAT on fuel,,,lower or scrap council tax for a fairer tax on earnings....
how can you trust a government that gives them selves HUGE pay rises year in year out but only raises minimum wage by 0.5%.(plus all their expences).
how any one can survive on minimum wage is beyond me...
the cost of living in britian is rocketing and getting worse with every tax rise, and getting taxed on more and more things.
lib dem,,labour or conservative.............who ever gets in,,we are all fudged...
my vote wont make the slightest difference.
clarkson for PM. :worship:
proud to be british....yeah woteva.
