Looking for a ideas. We have an electric quad bike for the boys and it wont charge up. Anyone got any ideas on how to over come this or where to get new battery from (6v i think ) ? |

Is the power connector connected properly(loose connection?) it may be that rather than a duff battery |

the batteries might need water in, i had a duff car battery not long ago, checked and the water out of it had gone so put in some more and charged it up. and it works fine

The battery will probably be a sealed type so if its dead then just bin. I would check the output of the charger to ensure its putting out a voltage, check the battery voltage too just to make sure. It may be worth checking the control switch, the contacts can get corroded, especially if its left outside. |

Yeah it's all sealed. Child safe. It hasn't been kept outside so I hope it's just a dead battery |
