On Sunday September 13th the annual Japanese Autosport Festival will once again take place on the famous Dutch TT racetrack in Assen. Just think of it as a Dutch version of the UK’s JapFest.

There will be something to do for everybody, no matter what your age or preference in Japanese cars. The entire TT Circuit will be oozing with the Japanese theme, provided by over 1200 cars from the well-known Japanese manufacturers. This means you wont be bored for a single second. Come and taste the atmosphere and smell the rubber burning.

What is there to do?

- Toyo Tires Shootout (drag racing: still open for entry)

- Time Attack (timed hotlap: still open for entry)

- Track Time (head out on the track just for fun: limited slots still available)

- Club paddock (expect to see over 100 clubs showcase their Japanese member-rides)

- Exhaust Competition (we put your exhaust system to the test with a dB-meter)

- Meguiar’s Show & Shine Competition (let’s see who goes home with a trophee for best of show, best of under the hood, best of exterior etc etc)

- Exclusive cars like Honda NSX, S2000, Type-R, Nissan GT-R, Skyline, Silvia, 350Z, Mitsubishi 3000GT, FTO, Evolution, Toyota Chaser, AE86, Soarer, Supra, Mazda RX-7, RX-8, Subaru Impreza, Lexus, Infiniti and so on)

- Ghymkana (precision driving course)

- Several themes like a showcase for all the Civic generations, a rotary theme etc.

People that own a car with a rotary engine get in for free (car & driver) this year. This offer is only valid upon entry beforehand. We can no longer offer free entrance at the gates if a car has not been pre-registered with the organization.

Do you drive a Mazda, Subaru, Acura, Nissan, Infinti, Datsun, Lexus, Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Suzuki or Daihatsu? Then please feel free to come and visit the Japanese Autosport Festival on September 13th. Also notice that you can buy your entrance tickets in pre-sale with a € 2,- discount. Please see www.japanseautosportfestival.nl for more information or write an email to brian@402events.com for any and all enquiries about this event.
