The best I've heard of, nothing but good reports, is down on Poole Quay, upstairs in the new building where the pottery was.

I think it's cheaper if you go during the week though.

Not sure what the name is off the top of my head but should be easy enough to find.

Golden horse in ferndowns good, chef de chinas (next to Golf course at Ferndown) also very good but not sure if its all you can eat in the evenings. Can't remember the name, but the chinese a couple of doors from the KFC at the Lansdowne also very good. THESE ARE MY DAUGHTERS RECOMMENDATIONS, and her and her boyfriend are connoisseurs of over eating!!! (But they do insist the food is of very good quality as well!)
[GK-customfield]Jeff![customfield-GK]The Prelude, in many ways, is a typical Japanese car but I would always put it in a list of all-time fave raves because its  V-Tec engine is just so amazingly sweet.
I've said before that this is the best mass produced engine of all time, and I'll say it again now.

Tthe one on Poole Quay is:

Wok N Spice
22/Dolphin Quays/The Quay, Poole, BH15 1HH
Tel: 01202 682222

There is another one in Poole called the Real China. Sarah and I ate there a while back and weren't overly impressed.

Shes' remembered the name of the one at the Lansdowne near the KFC - The Fountain. Very good apparently.

I know its a slight trek, but BY FAR the best chinese i have every eaten and its freshly cooked to order all you can eat is the Sea View on weymouth esplanade. It used to be called Sea Palace before.

Starlet GT 1.3 forged engine, tdo4 turbo @ 1.25bar = 252bhp = SOLD :(

EDIT: Charade GTxx 993cc three cylinder turbo, 173bhp @ 1.4bar (should hit 200bhp with a larger throttle body, removing stupid high lift cams and a bit more boost)

Yeah Canton is ok.

From what I've been told though the one on the Quay is good becuase each of the dishes in the buffet is small so there is constantly fresh food coming out of the kitchen rather than other places with large vats that sit under the lights for ages and just get topped up.

Fresh food = good IMO. :)

Best one i've ever been to is the fountain at the landsdown in bournemouth above the tesco express, its all you can eat for £16.95 but not a buffet you just keep ordering off the menu so you just get the food you want!!
