Hello all, Been looking into this for what seems like ages, but really couldn't justify the money as the ones I have are mechanically fine, but when the new MOT law came in with regards to having loose springs etc! I used this as an excuse to upgrade; I know it would have been cheaper and easier to get replacement springs, but I really didn't want too Another reason to upgrade was handling or lack of... since having the car tuned it really hasn't felt the same, a bit too much power for some of the stock components and I don't have the same confidence I used too so as well as the obvious I have also been looking into what seems like every suspension component possible and potential geo set-ups too (what a tough decision is all I’m going to say), but apart from the geometry which I haven't decided on yet  all the bits are now on order and part 1 arrived today My Tein Super Street coilovers with pillowball top mounts; ![]() ![]() I can't wait for the other pieces to turn up so I can get going; hopefully within the next 2 weeks if all goes to plan, so watch this space for updates.. Cheers Kev |

The only thing that put me off the coilovers was the thought of a really harsh ride, I’ve had HKS ones before and they were like solid metal rods rather than suspension, as Mr. Lennox can confirm  but after talking to Simon (JGM) and Paul and going in his car they are no worse than my KYB’s so I got the bad boys on order. Had an email last night and part 2 should be here next week and part three the week after that , just need to source the EDFC, so if anybody knows of someone selling the correct unit please drop me a PM. Cheers |

Just a little update for those interested.... A couple a parcels were waiting for me at lunch today, didn't have enough time to examine during this time, but the packaging gave most of it away And here they are now un-packed My EDFC unit and motors - ![]() (didn't bother taking any pics of the motors as its mostly wires) and part 2 of the main handling projet, or should that be parts 2-9 ![]() ![]() Just one more parcel to arrive and then i'm a very busy man
