I was going to make this a poll but cant work out how to do it!

Anyways, what did everyone love this year and cant wait to do next year?

For me the best event had to be Jap Fest at Castle Coombe in May time. I think it has the most to do and it was great to see everyone from DJCC on track!!

Socially though, I still really enjoyed HPOM. Its not a great show IMO but still think its a good laugh!

Castle Coombe was amazing fun and look forward to doing it again next year.

HPOM was also great but I think I would like to try JAE instead next year as I have heard there is more going on there...and the camping will be just as much fun in a differnt location....bbq fuel may be an issue but Im sure the guys'll figure something out

Rotorstock would have been better if the weather had been kinder - 10 or so blokes wanting to get on track and not able to coz of the rain......caged tigers spring to mind :D

But really - all of them where there was beer :guinness: :guinness:

Rotorstock was good even though it rained but i'm sure JAE would've topped it. JAE is always the best show of the year!!!

Japfest was the best cos it was at a race track with the clubs cars on track and had Lots of things to do all day. I think there should be more events like this, Rally Day at Castle Combe will be good next weekend but no club stand. This is always a good event.

Japfest was a good day out, but JAE topped it all for me this year.

There was a good turn out, great location right on the beach, competitions between clubs and LOTS of booze :D

The SXOC support was amazing, free food (literally as much as you could eat), a hog roast!!! Inflatable gladiator game, a decent sized plot, free skittle shots and a yard of ale competition. We had music all day and into the night and the weather was exceptional B)

JAE put on a tug of war, jap food comp, gladiator jousting, a car pull, 5 a side comp to name just a few of the things going on.

Rotorstock was a bit of a wash out this year, which was a shame and HPOM, while close, was missing something :dunno:
