imo rather good stuff the gear changes are a LOT smoother.

description of it

'A unique lubricant containing a suspension of solid microscopic particles as an extreme pressure agent--unique solid dispersion which cushions gear teeth to help prevent tooth breakage and allows the use of lower viscosities.

Recommended for heavily-loaded racing differentials and transmissions, Off Road racing and problem gearboxes. The viscosity characteristics allow the lubricant to resist throwoff and provide a film thickness similar to a 75W250 grade, while providing the same low fluid friction as an SAE 75W90.'

There's no replacement for displacement !

I used it in my 200SX - a lot of people swear by it... although it's quite pricey.

doesn't help when it only seems to come in US quarts  (1 US quart is 0.8 UK quarts)

And it also takes about an hour to fill the gearbox as it's rather thick

It won't cure something that's broken or worn, but it will make it quieter, or easier to get into gear... and maybe prevent further wear.

Do not use it in the subaru box the solid microscopic particles cause problems for the oil supply to the bearings,

I use it for a little bit after being recomended it after the PPG gear kit was fitted but the bearing on the drop gears failed and broke the drop gears in the process  only lasted about 500 miles with it in :wallbang:
