Thats what i thought...My mate has just been round in his RA, the car is not making full boost. I popped the actuator arm off the wastegate pin and the arm was actually stopping the wastegate from closing fully....but...the pin never moved nowhere near as much as it should of its like its partially seized, it doesnt move freely enough. If you move the pin to its closed postion it will stay there and not drop back to the open position as it should do.

I adjuster the arm and took it for a drive and now its hitting the boost it should do but you dont really get a kick when on boost which i suspect is due to the wastegate not opening fully.
