:o      You won the lottery or what??

I can't believe the price of these things  :o  :o

If you think thats bad, try getting an insurance quote :omg:

Its a lot but its only as much as a new Corsa or something and its one of the most desirable scoobys ever so it should hold its value extremely well.

@nakamura i know  was my desktop wallpaper for a couple of weeks. :D

Bargain. Is that with the same NCD?

I had a quote for an S2K and it came out at almost a grand cheaper IIRC.

Watch that DCCD mate because if abused it will bite you in the arse but loads of fun if used right.. ;)

Id say that behind yellow the grey is probably the rarest colour...you know i need a go in this if you buy it seeing as i didnt get a go in the S2K... :P

Read through at a glance so apologies if it’s been said!!!

I'd say it was a 5! Don’t think the 4's came in that colour option, it’s got the later grill as well as bumper and 5 rear spoiler! I know these can all be added, but it looks pretty straight apart from the added spotties! Good price too.

The evo is well over priced as mentioned previously; you can get a TME for that price. Don't let the infamous service charges put you off an evo, I didn't find it that bad at all and the petrol consumption was on par with the Scooby! Fair enough I had to fill up more often, but that’s down to the silly sized tank!

Coming from the S2K I’d say that the Scooby would probably suit your driving style a bit more, the evo's are great and handle well, just a tad boring after the initial novelty wears off.

When you drive both, you'll probably think the Scooby is quicker as the turbo comes in really hard, where as the evo is a little more subdued and generally smoother with regards to its power delivery.

Has the Impreza been SVA'd or just MOT'd??? Jon (DNA) can probs help here, but with pre 98 cars the SVA is not legally required!?!?!

If that is the case the evo will prob's be in a higher tax band.

As you've said though, drive both and see which you prefer!

Good luck and enjoy

P1's much cop?

The P1 is basically a watered down Type R but probably one of the best looking scoobs ever to leave the factory.

Starlet GT 1.3 forged engine, tdo4 turbo @ 1.25bar = 252bhp = SOLD :(

EDIT: Charade GTxx 993cc three cylinder turbo, 173bhp @ 1.4bar (should hit 200bhp with a larger throttle body, removing stupid high lift cams and a bit more boost)

If you like the look of the P1, this might be worth a look:

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/400059.htm

Although from the price i'd imagine its quite a high miler.
