hi there managed to put my car back together last night and all working fine and dandy again... apart from my engine check lights come on, when it passes 4000ish rpm it cuts back violently under acceleration! anyone know what this could be, sensor, wire etc or any way of fixing it? many thanks, Add. |

sounds like fuel cut, check to see if there is any hoses off or split!

if i drive steadt like hardly booting the pedal it will rev a lot higher! anyone know where i can get the check codes cus i know the wires to join to make it flash! |

Have a look here http://www.troublecodes.net/Subaru/ I would start by checking the sensor wires and anything else you unplugged if you have just done the clutch on it, I have seen wiring trapped between the gearbox and engine before |

Spoke on PM.. seems a vac hose was off the airbox.

Just as a side not is a fault code is loged and light is on the ECU will not let revs go above 3 or 4K if on the throttle hard, it just cyts the fuel like fuel cut would do and it is very harsh. |
