It has been over 2 years since I got it and I now have to surrender my title of owning the only unmodified Nissan 200SX on the south coast. (It felt like that sometimes...) I have taken the plunge and there is now a nice shiny stainless steel exhaust bolted on and a performance air filter.

The original exhaust had started rotting away so it was a good time to do it. I was almost sad to see it go as it made an awesome sound of rushing air at high revs which had scared numerous pedestrians and at least one G*lf driver ;)

Having driven it around pretty much daily for 2 years I know my car really well and I am honestly surprised at the change. Weird thing is I find myself driving it around slower and at lower revs as it now has an awesome rumble. But at high revs it has a new element of crazy that definitely wasn't there before. The daft grin is definitely back.

I realise that this must be pretty basic stuff to some of you guys but I thought I should share the experience of getting my first ever mods done.

Huge thanks to John at DNAcars for fitting the new weaponry. :worship:

Images will follow once I get 5 minutes, a camera and some daylight.
