I hope someone can help me here

This morning i go out to start the car, all goes well....then it cut out, nothing major, sometimes it does till the cold start kicks in properly

Anyway, so I start it again, when the ignition is on everything is fine and working

But the moment I start the car, I have no wipers, no stereo, and worse of all, I have no heaters! But the moment I turn the car off, everything works again!

Any ideas please?

It was a bloody cold drive to work this morning, and with the roads a bit damp, it was getting hard to see out of the windscreen!

thanks

Just to add, when I do start the car, at 1st nothing happens, just sounds and feels like it ripped the battery of all its power, then springs into life

But with no power still

my mechanic called me, said to try turning the lights on then start it as it makes the engine and everything work harder

It all works now!!!

He reckons it was caused by a sticky ingnition relay and the extra pwer helped it come unstuck, as where it wasnt working correctly, it wasnt helping to complete the circuit for everything around it to work

What a stupid thing it is ay lol!
