Standard boost should be 0.9bar....Either your car as a chip in the ecu to allow to to boost that much or it has a FCD. |

0.8bar is standard for the 93wrx WRX/STi Saloon ECU's 2C, U8, W6, W9 - 11.47psi held to redline. Fuel-cut 14.57psi ![]() this is what the ecu looks like as standard bottom rhs is where a chip maybe placed. |

1.1bar is too high for standard but well within the limits of the injectors/engine/turbo. Possibly may not believe how accurate the turbo timer is though |

probably spiked because of the crappy standard boost control |

[GK-customfield]Lewis[customfield-GK] Starlet GT 1.3 forged engine, tdo4 turbo @ 1.25bar = 252bhp = SOLD ![]() EDIT: Charade GTxx 993cc three cylinder turbo, 173bhp @ 1.4bar (should hit 200bhp with a larger throttle body, removing stupid high lift cams and a bit more boost) | |

Ok...that has still taken him over the fuel cut threshold. |

1 bar is 14.5 psi or to be picky 14.503 773 800 722 so whatever the problem pinky has there is something that has altered the fuel cut |

Yes it was i'm a mathematical genius  no i used this http://www.onlineconversion.com/ there is a variance on these conversion sites but as i said (and you) basically there is a device causing the fuel cut to be non existant (not good) or raised (possibly not very good as well) |

Have a look at your ecu (underneath passenger footwell kickplate) if the screws are still glued then it hasn't been messed with if it has open it up and check with my picture that i've posted. Have a look i around the dashboard area for anything that may not look as if it's meant to be there (small black boxes with a lot of wires are a usual sign). as previously said it's well within what the engine/turbo/injectors can take but it may be worth just to get the fuelling check (the Japs seem to have a nasty habit of not uprating it on imprezas) |

I guess it wouldn't be anything to do with the alarm as that would be a pretty stupid place to put it. Post a piccy up when you've got time |
