Ok after the RR weekend i was fairly pleased with my result of 251.3 BHP but idealy im looking to get up around the 300 mark. My current mods are td05 turbo, 3" straight through exhaust system and greddy boost controller running at about 0.95 bar. I was thinking of getting a polarperformance chip and uprated fuel pump next so i can safely run my car at 1.2 Bar. what other mods would you recommend? and what sort of power gain would i get? LJ |

[GK-customfield]Lewis[customfield-GK] Starlet GT 1.3 forged engine, tdo4 turbo @ 1.25bar = 252bhp = SOLD ![]() EDIT: Charade GTxx 993cc three cylinder turbo, 173bhp @ 1.4bar (should hit 200bhp with a larger throttle body, removing stupid high lift cams and a bit more boost) | |

for a fmic you don't need a remap but like any mod you do to your car a remap will get the best out of them. all depends on how much money you want/have to throw at the car. Uprated fuel pump £80 FPR £150-£200 ESL remappable daughter board £500 (including mapping) or ESL chip (they supply polarperformance) £195 check ebay though 550 cc injectors £300 Apexi IK £100+ FMIC £250+ |

fuel pressure regulator not neccessary to upgrade but when putting a better fuel pump into an older impreza the standard one can be overpowered. |

there are 440cc (from STIs) which you can pick up 2nd hand but it's more a case of duty cycle as the 380ccs will be getting quite close to their limit and imo it's best to have a higher limit
