Presume by Z4 you mean a BMW Z4 ?

If so, I wouldn't expect them to be compatible, but I could be wrong

Starlet GT 1.3 forged engine, tdo4 turbo @ 1.25bar = 252bhp = SOLD :(

EDIT: Charade GTxx 993cc three cylinder turbo, 173bhp @ 1.4bar (should hit 200bhp with a larger throttle body, removing stupid high lift cams and a bit more boost)

I do indeed , you said in your intro post your driving a turbo 2000, if so no point in fitting a z4 because you will need to run it on SUL minimum (and i would stick with Vpower or Tescos 99ron).

If it's an import (not a turbo 2000) ,looks like an M reg means you may have one already (late model 1994 imports had them seats that have grey inserts have the z4).

Upping boost with no attention to the fueling could mean trouble...

and upped to much will see you hitting fuel cut.

Your ecu might not be happy with the TD05 as the map is slightly different.
http://www.polarperformance.co.uk/Products.html produce a chip (used to be called ScoobyECU) and gets soldered into the spare board on your ecu (bottom right) and will increase boost ,fuelling and ignition.

A sports cat may be worth it BUT it depends on how much money you want to pump into the car.

Fuel pump is always worth it but may need a fuel pressure regulator to go with it

so i need to get an uprated fuel pump?

Best thing you could do is before going through the expense of a new fuel pump, do what you want to, drive it gently and then get it dyno'ed to see how the fueling is.

£10 off at Triton for DJCC members (but remember to mention it when you book it in or you won't get it!) :)

By upping boost levels you really need fuel and ignition timing to altered to cope with the new boost level.

As Paul says the best way is to fit a chip into the ecu which will see all that taken into consideration and will give a good hike in power and will really transform the car.

im currently having a td05 fitted on friday,

Not sure what you've been told but a UK2000 comes with a TD05 as standard.
I hope they didn't just take the TD05 off, clean it up and refit it for you.

The smaller TD04's were only fitted to 1993-1996 WRX Wagons and post 97UK's.
Despite what some leading Magazines and published books quote.
