Finally after being held up with the postage strike I have got my post!

Posted Image

I didnt add the induction kit in there as that is still packed up somewhere.

Anyway... at this point the puzzle is currently complete with

APS Induction kit
APS Resevoir relocation kit
AMS Race battery/relocation kit
AMS Upper intercooler pipes
AMS Lower intercooler pipes
Tial dump valve
255 ltr/hr fuel pump
3 inch down pipe
3 inch turbo elbow

Just need a remap to bring it into action :D

Nice one Paul! :B

Just need to pull out the FWD now to make it competitive! :P

Or you could go the Norris route and break something on the first run every time! :D

You bought a dump valve!!!! Hope its not an atmos one? ;) Stock one can hold good boost, despite the rumours!

I'm also fairly convinced I didn't need the Blitz sonic intake on mine to get the power I was getting, but it sounded nice.

Im sure you know too, but it will run a touch lean with the mods on there, so there's a reason to get it mapped quick :D Mine was just on the safe side when we checked it before mapping.

You will love it once you have - its a ridiculous difference!

The AMS kit comes with it. I think the stock re-circ can handle up to around 400bhp I think Sam said, but it seemed rude not to lol. The Tial kit should be good enough though :D

I think what with the induction kit and downpipe and elbow chances are that it will run lean so I am just in the process of co-ordinating fitting with mapping but am in no major rush :D

Havent got the foggiest mate but then thats what I pay my group N mechanic for ;) i'm bolloxed if im getting my frail hands dirty. Nothing comes between me and 120 words per minute i'll have you know.

But yeah essentially I know exactly where it goes and exactly what it does. Just dont have the means or inclination to fit it all :D

Are you going for Bob or the Dentist?

My mate Glen went with Sam and was very happy, but he was with me when Bob mapped mine and was massively impressed with the 3 hours of setup time! He is a perfectionist, plus he travels.

Not much in it im sure but I have used Bob before.

That would be Glen4 then huh ;) I know Glen, met him in the past at a couple of meets. Yeah I know he went with Sam, and I have also chatted with Sam as well and he seems a decent enough chap. Kind of want a dentist mapped sticker also ;) but I think its swings and roundabouts and Bob seems to have a good rep as well so will probably go with him after your recommendations.

You won't go wrong there!

Mine made 386bhp at the fly on WRC's dyno 86 over standard - they were amazed as their mapping with the same mods normally gets 360, which was quite honest of them!

So yours with the better cams, housing and elbow should be more. The limit was the boost control, and I was at the point where I would have needed an AVCR to get to 400.

The guy I sold it to has recently done a ridiculous 1/4 mile time, can't remember what but it was loooooow.

Good luck with the mods - should be worthwhile :drive:
Simon is still gonna spank you at Combe :P

I knew you'd upgrade it after our little run at Japfest - I mean a standard 14 year old car on road tyres !

As they say (well I do !) if you ain't got the talent then throw money at it - just means the spins are more spectacular :D

Now I wanna go BPU

I knew you'd upgrade it after our little run at Japfest - I mean a standard 14 year old car on road tyres v's 3 year old car with fried brakes.... not bad going....

Lets do it again next year :D

Lol did I leave out a few little facts ;) lolol I should have kept quite and you would have been surprised next time we were out :D

Cheers for the comments though chap, a few of the names banded round are Sam Elesar aka The Dentist and Bob Rawle. There are a few other people about that tune Evo's it just depends what you want from em. Mark Shead (MA developments) recommends the Autronics standlone but I think its horses for courses.
My stock management will suffice at the moment, just gonna Ecutek it for now :D
