Ok. The MR2 Turbo is up for sale!!! If im honest im feeling sad and scared. Its my all time fav car so nothing will replace it but im fed up with 2 seats, not being able to park in my garage due to how low it is. Fed up with the shocking hard ride. The frightning drive in th wet......

LOL i still love the car!!

Anyway ive got someone coming on sat to look and i wont accept less than £3700 so it my budget for a new car.

What do i get??

Im loving my mates UK mk1 impreza now. Its quick tho not as fast as my 2 but it sounds amazing and is sooooo comfortable on stock shocks.

Also loving Accord Type Rs. But never driven.

Im also thinking of a cool Impreza wagon for somethin different. And a AW111 Corolla Levin 1.6 20v too.

These are some ideas. NOTHING will replace my MR2. People who know it love it. IMO you cannot beat a mid/rear setup for driving alone.

But its not just about driving anymore.

So advice please.

Only 74k but crack on front wing where blended and skirts need bolting and painting inside doors. So a little work needed to tidy up.

Do not sell it!!

You will tottally regret it!

I was talking to Rob about this last night. I had my Rio Red CRX longer than any other car that I've ever owned. I sold it and bought another better CRX but it just isnt the same. I still want my old one back and there nowt I can do about it.

I know it sounds sad but people bond with cars, just take everyones advice and have a long hard think about it. Go outside and stare at it.

Then come back in and tell us your not gona sell it.

I know how you feel. I had to sell my last car. I'd done loads to it, but had to sell as I had some bad luck with engine work that left me with a debt I couldn't sustain with a baby on it's way. I virtually cried on the train after dropping it off at Southampton for it's new owner :(

A mate of mine had an ATR - loved it! He started a club for it, but I don't know how far it got. He's since sold the ATR to fund a house buy too :|
