Went to fill up at Tower Park Tesco today... and immediately thought of this thread!!! There were several empty pumps waiting for customers to pull up, and one jerk had to stop right in the entrance to the forecourt and consult the oracle/his feng shui expert/mother as to which pump to go to. It shouldn't take more than 3 seconds... but no... we sat there for ages whilst he worked out if he needed fuel etc. He then precision parked like he was from the Stevie Wonder school of motoring. He should have been forced to watch his car being crushed as he was a menace to road using society!
