i got studs for my turbo from a company in poole on the nuffield estate called TR Fastenings, they did have the right size on the shelf so if you get stuck it might be worth giving them a ring |

sorry to hear about the bolts stevey it sounds just like my manchester trip with replacing nuts on a red hot manifold, studs snapping, studs falling out ect.lol mine two by the end of the day was holding on by 1 stud. if you cant find studs just bolt it on, i had two bolts holding the front of the turbo on, on my engine, until i put the standard manifold back on. it seams to be that some of the studs suplied with various manifolds arent up to the job when the heat and vibration sets in , you could try ringinr turbo dynamics in christ church they may?! have some studs long enough

its runing again after a hard day had some problems let steve tell you about them and i have made a brackets to hold the turbo in place will put another one on next weekend see if we cant fix this turbo falling off problem for good |

With japfest fast approaching and my brakes still being standard with all the extra power , I decided it was time to upgrade them , And it just so happens a front 315mm conversion kit came up on SXOC for less than half price I'd hoped for 330's but they wont fit under my rims Heres the old ones ![]() Comparsion ![]() New bracket and dust shield modified ![]() Fitted with new braided lines aswell ![]() All finished ![]() After driving it last night and this morning its a noticable difference , Hopefully i wont get any brake fade at combe , I will upgrade them if i get any bigger wheels , As i think im gonna sell mine if anyone is interested |

With japfest creeping up on me , I decided it was time i tryed to get the 200 under the db limit , So i decided on a decat silencer over the bung option mainly because i cant be doing with the extreme noise its making atm , Heres a quick pic ![]() The difference is huge Not much difference on idle , But when boost comes in its much much better , Should make long journeys a little better Well worth the money

What system do you run on the 200 buddy if ya dont mind me asking?? Im in line for an exhaust on the S15 but as usual I cant decided on what to go for As I dont do a huge amount of miles its kinda come down to the following...Blitz Nur Loud I know but proven on the SXApexi GT. Not as loud from what I gather but a quality system One of the Many Trust systems out there... I did consider a GP Sports Spec R as well but they are a JOKE loud. Do look good tho with the twin tail pipes Cheers Buddy J. |

Tbh i dont know what the exhuast is , I know it came with a greddy downpipe and elbow , I removed them both as there where damaged. Only bit left is the back box it could be greddy but it doesnt say it anywhere , So god knows Best bet would be to come to a SXOC meet and listen to the choice we have there
