I think what sbl is saying is that with the best pid in the world, you will blow up cades at the same rate that you would with the worst pid in the world and if you can only normally xplo 3 cades without stopping, that won't changed based on your pid. |

I play a lot of 5v5s... and I think this is the BEST way to practice getting better at cw. You have to learn to take advantage of this though. For example, practice your normal cw skills, such as cading, tindering, and blowing cades etc. But in addition, you should also try playing with different people, because every cwer has their own style of playing, and practicing against more people can only make you better. One very important thing that I think is way underrated in castle wars is the ability to communicate well with your teamates. 5v5's is a great oppurtunity to practice that as well 10v10s are good practice for big-game scenarios, and I play those whenever enough people are on. I don't think Clan-Events help much at practicing these skills, but in a way they are a must because they are the only games where you can include all members of your clan in one game. From my experience, no matter what kind of game you hold in a clan event, one team tends to have some sort of advantage over the other. It's rare to get even teams in that situation. The same is true for CWC games in W138, W157 etc.. 1v1's are actually very beneficial. They are quite a challenge (esp if you are the defend) so it requires you to put forth your best effort using all your skills. I think practicing cade blowing etc, is good but only occasionly. And without a doubt pid does help in cw, but as an additional way to challenge yourself, practice playing without pid. That's my input for the day |
Yeah, uh huh, you know what it is
