Alrighty, so here's where the ranks for the three factions are posted, which ranks are taken etc. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR CHARACTER. I don't want people just assuming that they can take the highest rank they see automatically.
So first up is the Keyblade Knights
Spoiler: click to toggle First up are the Blade Generals, the most wisest, strongest and with the best control of the keyblades gain this title. The five keyblade generals call war councils and decide what the next plans of the Keyblade Knights should be. When not sitting in war council the five depart on whatever missions they wish, their authority is the absolute highest. Blade Generals can take up to two max level spells ie: Firaga and Thundaga and two second level spells ie: Fira, Thundara. You need a really good profile to become a Blade General
The Blade Knights are the second highest rank in the Keyblade Knights. Blade Knights serve under every Blade General, they are their right hand men. Sent with the Blade Generals on their toughest missions and able to fight against powerful heartless and nobodies, Blade Knights also assume the second-in command position when their blade General is away on a mission. Blade Knights can take up to one max level spell ie: Firaga, and two second level spells ie: Fira, Thundara

Templars keys are specialist keyblade wielders. The Spec. Ops. of the Kingdom Blades. Experts in one specific trait (ie: strength, speed, magic etc.) and mediocre in every other trait. Templar Key's are deployed on occasions where their skills are the best choice. They are often deployed with other squads of Keyblade Knights to maximize their power. Keyblade Warriors make up the bulk of the Kingdom Knight's force. They are all-around strong members of the Kingdom Knights residing on Kingdom island. It is not uncommon for Warriors to be deployed in squads of two or three to make strong units. Keyblade Warriors can have up to one second level spell ie: fira, thundara. PM me only if you have a VERY GOOD reason why you should have more than one second level spell

Second are the Nobodies

To be drafted into the Organization 13 one must have had a past self with immense power and to have been turned into a heartless for whatever reason, resulting in the creation of a powerful nobody. The Organization have total control over all other Nobodies, save other Organization members You need a really good profile to make it into the Organization 13

Twilight Nobodies are the second strongest Nobodies, and the only others that gain still human appearances. Their original human self was not as powerful as an Organization member, but was still strong enough to retain it's appearance and as such can hold their own against most opponents.

Fallen Nobodies are stronger than grunt Nobodies, but weaker than Twilight Nobodies. They are Nobodies whose original selves were powerful enough to keep their minds, but not their appearences, they appear as twisted images of their former selves, appearing as not human, but not moster, something in between.

Last are Heartless Commanders
Spoiler: click to toggle Heartless Commanders range from anyone. Usually they are strong people who give into the darkness but do not submit to it. As such they gain control over the puppets of darkness and can mold them to their will. Anyone touched with this power also gains knowledge of where Darkness Incarnate is located. Heartless Commanders are usually Disney or Final Fantasy characters, they can be Original characters if desired but cannot be from any other series, Heartless Commanders gain control over any type of heartless, though they can only spawn five at a time. You need a very good profile to become a Heartless Commander

Heartless Captains come next. Weaker than Commanders, Captains have still refused to fall into the darkness and have control of fewer numbers of heartless. Heartless Captains can command two of any kind of Heartless

Lastly The Darklings, these members have just touched the darkness, and are still learning the ropes to being a leader of heartless, though not bad at combat themselves, they'd much rather have their heartless fight.
