A medium-sized cream building, with a large glass entrance and a raised roof, which overlaps the front door and is about seven foot off the top of the building. The embassy has four floors, the top floor housing living quarters, one for the Abmassador and several guest and staff rooms, the ground floor for meetings and also general resting or lounging perposed rooms, and the basement for storing supplies and the embassy vehicles, armoured cars, personal escorts and the like. The top floor, which is ususally just called the Roof, is for security, basing the main CCTV computers and satelite receiving technology.
The grounds around the Embassy are large, ten acres of mainly forest enviroment, and is patrolled 24/7. Around the outside is a high, barbed wire wall, and a wire mechanical gate with a secrutiry guard on duty all round the clock is where guests enter and exit.
Inside, there is a wide variety of relaxation areas, a lounge with a 48" tv, a bar, cafeteria, several vending machines and a quiet waiting room stocked with leather sofas and comfy chairs, as well as a lot of reading material. Around the Embassy is the Republic flag, and coats-of-arms for the select countries within the Republic of South-East Africa.

"Dr. Inonge Mbikusita-Lewanika. Dr. Inonge Mbikusita-Lewanika. Dr. Inonge Mbikusita-Lewanika." Jessica Delmonte spoke softly to herself. The most embarassing thing any ambassador can do is mispronounce another delegate's name, and Jessica had worked hard for days making sure she would not make that mistake.

The car slowed to a stop as it met the front entrance, and moments later the door opened for the Ambassador. Jessica eyed the man's holster Springfield M1911 as she grabbed his hand to help her out of the car. "You won't need that, you know." She said, looking into the man's eyes.

"You can never be too sure." The Executor, Charles Broadhurst, replied cooly with a slight smile. He followed the ambassador into the building, watching for any danger.

"I'm here to see Ambassador Mbikusita-Lewanika." Jessica said confidently to a guard, and smilied sincerly as she did not mispronounce the name.

The guard nodded, and spoke a few words of Namibian to a girl behind the desk. While they waited, the man nodded to the gun holstered at the mans side.
'I'm afraid we do not allow such hostile weapons within the Embassy. Usually, the guard at the gate would remove it from you, but since you managed to get it past there, I will take care of it for you.'
The guard, a Namibian by birth, reached out a hand, indicating the man should give up the weapon. He had a friendly look on his slightly stern face though, and spoke in an African accent.
'Do not worry about your health, Ms Delmonte. You have our word that the Republic has no plot to murder another countries delegate.'

Charles sighed. Hiding the weapon in the seat was good enough to get it past the guard at the gate, he hadn't expected to move so slow inside that he'd be caught with it. Charles gave a smile and quitely handed the weapon to the guard. "Take good care of it." Broadhurst was a little bitter, but didn't show it on the outside. He was only slightly less dangerous without the weapon anyway.

"What the hell were you thinking? Trying to get us kicked out?" Jessica said softly as they walked to the Ambassador's chambers.

"No ma'am." Broadhurst replied, unshaken.

"I do all the talking with the ambassador, Executor. You just do you job and stay silent."

"Yes ma'am."

The two reached the door of the Ambassador's chambers. Jessica showed her papers to the guards at the door, who in turn, opened the doors.

The room they went into was about ten metres wide and fifteen long, with a low ceiling, only a foot above their heads. There was a long tarnished table before the two, set out with plush red chairs at each position. At the far end, sitting in a large wooden seat, sat the ambassador, Dr. Inonge Mbikusita-Lewanika. Nearly in her 70's, the woman had greying hair and wore a light red suit. She looked up as the two came in, smiled and nodded and stood up, offering forward a hand to shake with the other delegate.
'Ah, Ms. Delmonte. It is a privelage to speak with you.'

Charles remained near the door and watched silently. He stood at ease and refrained from using his usual stern and serious expression, to not seem intimidating.

Ambassador Delmonte moved directly to Dr. Mbikusita-Lewanika and accepted the handshake with a smile. "It is so nice to meet you in person, Ambassador Mbikusita-Lewanika, thank you for seeing me."

Dr. Inonge nodded, smiling again and motioning for Demonte to take a seat. She glanced up at Broadhurst, and back at the other delegate, and spoke in a Zambian accent, fleeting English.
'Would you or your associate take the offer of a drink before we settle down to business?'

"Yes, thank you, ma'am." Jessica replied as she glanced at the Executor.

Charles smiled and politely shook his head no, much to the relief of Ambassador Delmonte.

Dr. Inonge nodded, pressing the button on a small intercom and asking for someone to bring in two cups of non-alcoholic Oshikundu, and motioned for Delmonte to take a seat.
'Sit, sit, drinks will be on their way. And then you must tell me, Ms. Delmonte, why exactly the Kandarian Ambassador has been sent to see me?'

"Well Ambassador, I am here on the behalf of the Emperor. The Kandarian Empire has followed the events here as of late and has grown a great appreciation for the change you are bringing to your region. However, we are concerned with the current situation." Jessica paused as she recieved her drink, she tasted some and noted the rich flavor. "Your Republic is the shining star of the African continent, though the surrounding powers, the Democratic Republic of Central Africa, and the Orange Republic of Transvaal are two powerful states that do not share your ideology. They hide behind lies and oppress their people, and Transvaal has already shown worrying actions with the annexation of Botswana. The Kandarian Empire would like to extend her hand to you, in a personal alliance that supercedes the Confederacy."

Dr Inonge sipped her drink, placing the mug slowly onto thr table withn a faint clink. She gave Delmonte a long, slow stare, not showing much facial expression.
'An alliance, you say? Well, the Republic has been worried about the actions of both those nations, and we as a Government have been straining for a personal alliance with a good minded country. Do you have any terms for this alliance between our two nations?'

Jessica watched her counterpart as she spoke, and continued the pause for a few second after. Her mouth curved to a slight grin. "Well simply put it has the same terms any alliance. We'll watch your back, and if you find yourself in a position where you can, you watch ours." She replied. Ambassador Delmonte pulled out a document and pen and handed them over to Dr. Inonge.

Dr Inonge smiled warmly, and nodded her head.
'The Republic has been waiting for an alliance such as this. We gratefully accept this.'
She scribbled officially on the document before sliding it back to Demonte, taking another sip of the drink infront of her.

Jessica accepted the document and returned it to her briefcase. The two continued to converse for another ten minutes, until the Oshikundu was gone. Ambassador Delmonte noted that it was time to make her leave, and stood. Ambassador Mbikusita-Lewanika stood with her and the two shook hands again, solidifying all that had been said in their encounter. Charles followed as the Ambassador left the Embassy, but not before retrieving his pistol.

Once the two were back in the car, it drove back to the airport, where they would take the trip back to Kandaria.

A black car pulls up to the South-East African embassy. Out steps Madame Rebecca Waxman, diplomat to The Allied States of New Steinland. "Good day. We wish to speak with the South-Eastern African ambassador or whomever is available."
