In appearance, the Embassy of Imperial Russia appears to be more of a prison bloc than a diplomatic embassy. Tall barbed wire fences surround the entire complex, with vigilant guards posted at various checkpoints. Posts are located at the North, East, and South sides of the embassy, each filled with ever watchful, and nearly omnipresent guards. These Cossak guards bristle with modern weaponry, and bear steely expressions, or gas masks upon their face. Security in the Russian Embassy is, needless to say, top priority. Trees of dark green foliage cover small stretches of land, hiding the corners of the complex with their harsh beauty. And in the clearing is the main building. At the Main Entrance, two large columns stand at either side of the great entrance way. Draped over each column is a huge banner, each identical, and beaing the Romanov crest. The embassy's base is low to the ground, but then extends into a great brightly coloured Onion dome with a tall spire, which dominates the area. Atop this spire flies a massive flag of Imperial Russia, so large that spectators from great distances can recognize it. |

Count Nevky shook the pre-offered hand. ''Well then, I'm sure you'll wish to depart back to China then, goodbye'' |

Molotov smiled and looked over the issue with exaggerated thought. "Hm, please tell me where I can find a document that says that you've had an agreement with Kazakhstan pertaining to this vassalage. And yet there is one thing that you forget, Kazakhstan blocks you by land, yes, but there is also the Caspian Sea, which the Tsar currently has free reign over and probably will for a long time. Comrade Stalin will not accept the embarrassment or anger of stopping an invasion just because the Tsar has commanded him too. He would be willing to accept agreeable terms concerning Soviet Expansion into the Middle East and Central Asia." (Um, no you're not UF. History is different, and since you haven't done it in game, as should be done with nations and governments in a game example Imperial Russia, I just think you're blowing out hot air.) |

(OCC:I had done it in game by PMing Phil. Hell I'd virtually annexed Kazakhstan through a combo of soft & hard power just like I did with Ukraine if you hadnt invaded the country would be mine. :argh:) ''The Tsar had contacted the local leaders and chiefdoms of Kazakhstan who rightfully feared a communist attack on Central Asia. We offered to bring them under the Tsar’s protection as part of Imperial Russia. In return we would respect their Moslem religion, give Kazakhs equal citizenship, and allow their leaders to retain their current positions under an Imperial government'' Nevsky's tone was cold. ''Thus the Tsar is obligated to protect Kazakhstan do you think you can fight both the Kazakh army and Russia at once? The Caspian may be open to us true, but a land passage to Central Asia is far easier, also a Soviet takeover of Kazakhstan would allow your armies to quickly strike toward Tsaritsyn or Baku do you take us for fools?'' The Cossack guard at the entrance looks over the New Steinland silently for a moment then shrugged and opens the main door then motions for the Steinland ambassador to proceed. ' |

"thank you" said Kenneth as the car rolled towards the doors of the embassy. Once the car stopped, he got out and waited for further instruction. |

"Good day to you Mr. Ambassador. My name is Sir Kenneth Kurztman. I am a diplomat on behalf of The Royal Empire of New Steinland. I have been sent because we have been watching your nation for quite some time and we have found it to be a glorious one. We extend our hands in friendship, and wish to form an alliance with you. Being our brothers on the European continent, we have a certain connection to each other and the fact that we both are two strong nations that have high aspirations prompts a strong alliance between two similar powers. The alliance would include a non-aggression pact, a mutual defense pact, and a free trade agreement. Here are the documents." He said as he handed Nevsky the papers. "I'm sure everything will be to your liking" He exclaimed as the ambassador was perusing the pages. |

Nevsky puffed a small cloud of smoke from his pipe as he looked over the papers Sir Kenneth Kurztman had given him. After reading them he spoke. ''I see no obsitcals to forming an alliance with Steinland, we can discuss further details in my office if you wish'' |
